Hiram Larew’s poetry appears widely. His sixth collection, Patchy Ways, was published by CyberWit Press in 2023. As the Founder of Poetry X Hunger, he’s working to bring a world of poets to the anti-hunger cause. He lives in Churchton, Maryland. Patti Ross is a social justice and nature poet. A graduate of The Duke Ellington School of the Arts and American University in Washington D.C., she holds a certificate in Social Justice Writing from the University of California Berkeley. Patti’s poems unveil social constructs in layman’s terms, leaving her audience to think about society’s ethos and the human role. Naomi Ayala was born in Puerto Rico and earned her MFA from the Bennington College Writing Seminars. Writing in both Spanish and English, she has published three poetry collections. An educator and arts administrator interested in environmental causes, Ayala has received numerous awards, including the 2000 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Legacy of Environmental Justice Award.
